Dynama Psychology treats a range of diagnoses and will assess your symptoms to determine what conditions are impacting you. Your symptoms may be mild and not warrant a diagnosis, yet therapy may still be beneficial; you may have a pre-existing diagnosis which will shape our work together from the onset; or I may provide a diagnosis that best encapsulates your symptoms in order to provide insight and determine the best approach to treatment.

Pediatric Health Psychology

Dynama Psychology brings years of hospital consultation experience to the outpatient setting, and specializes in therapy for families living with pediatric medical illness. Diagnoses may include asthma, diabetes, obesity, chronic pain, and cancer; other medical experiences may include surgery, organ transplant, invasive procedures, complex medical/developmental history, and more. These experiences deeply impact both the child and family. As a result, families often find themselves navigating anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, poor medication adherence, social isolation, and behavior changes. Pediatric health psychology addresses all of these challenges, benefiting the child as well as the whole family.
